2020 Hosting Packages

Standard Hosting Packages: All hosting packages include (1) standard SSL Certificate and standard daily backups.

Custom Hosting Solutions: Our standard hosting packages are ideal for many websites, but some websites, apps, and software will require custom hosting solutions. In these custom scenarios, Crosby Interactive’s technical coordinators will work with clients on an individual basis to ensure their technical requirements are met by designing and executing a custom hosting solution.

Standard Website Monthly Maintenance*

Technical Maintenance / Extended Warranty

Hosting Server Maintenance
  • Manage and optimize Memory, data management (disk space)
  • Apply all necessary security patches and software upgrades
  • 24 hour – Uptime Monitor / Notifications
Development Site / Staging Environment
  • Provide and maintain a standard hosting solution for a development site
  • Sync the dev site with the live site periodically (per client request or when major changes have been implemented)
  • Perform all updates to website software, themes, plugins, business integrations on the dev site
  • Quality Assurance testing on the staging site resolve any issues found
  • Deploy stable versions of updates to the production site by pushing/syncing the dev site’s codebase after upgrades
  • Utilize a code repository when applicable
Backup Management
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly backups of the production site
Miscellaneous Maintenance
  • Domain name management and renewal (if applicable)
  • DNS updates
  • SSL updates/renewals
Extended Warranty
  • Covers all Crosby custom-built functionality bug repairs covered outside of the standard 30-day warranty
  • The extended technical warranty allows for priority scheduling. Never pay priority/emergency rates
  • Includes up to (8 hours) of technical labor per month to resolve any reported issues that would be covered by pro-active monthly maintenance. (plugin conflicts, responsive issues, browser issues, security patches, software updates, hack repair, backup restores, etc.)
  • All third-party bug repairs from upgrades, patches or security fixes

Maintenance Terms: Once a maintenance agreement is approved by the client, the price will need to be paid in full before the agreement is finalized and placed into the maintenance queue. Delays in payments will impact the execution of maintenance services. The “standard website monthly maintenance” plan is limited to technical maintenance and does NOT include improvements to the website such as cosmetic changes, content updates, new features, and other functionality improvements.

*Our “Standard Website Monthly Maintenance” plan is ideal for many websites, but some websites, apps, and software will require a custom maintenance plan. Clients likely needing a custom maintenance plan includes websites running on specialized servers, custom builds, web apps, mobile apps, multi-site/storefronts, sites with lots of content (databases, products, images, videos, etc.), business systems integrations, APIs and/or third-party software integrations.
